Heena Parikh

Heena Parikh, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Client Performance at Risk International since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Health & Benefits Consultant at Aon from March 2018 to December 2021 and an Associate at Mercer from December 2011 to February 2018, where responsibilities included client strategy development, financial evaluation, and service delivery management. Additional roles encompassed analysis and management of client benefit packages, project-based assignments focusing on health and wellness, and mentorship of interns. Earlier work experience dates back to positions at Human Arc, US First Energy - Suez Energy, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Smythe & Cramer, and CVS Pharmacy. Heena holds an MBA from the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University and a BBA in International Business & Marketing from The University of Toledo.
