Brent Hyland

Brent Hyland is the Chief Operating Officer at Risk Mitigation Consulting, Inc. since August 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Physical Security Specialist at Battelle, where support was provided to the Marine Corps' Security Division, and as a Client Service Manager at Digital Sandbox. Additionally, Brent held the position of Director of Defense Programs at CRA, Inc., and worked as a consultant at BearingPoint on the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Program for the TSA. Brent served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps from May 1999 to June 2004, participating in critical roles within the 1st Combat Engineer Battalion and other units. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Crisis, Emergency and Risk Management from The George Washington University and a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
