Jasmine Pearce has a diverse work experience starting from their volunteer work at Ramsden Heath Youth Club in 2010, where they planned sporting events for children. Jasmine then worked as a waitress at Stock Brook Country Club from 2011 to 2013, gaining skills in silver service and providing high-quality customer service. Jasmine also had work experience at RBC in 2014, rotating around different departments within Operations and gaining insight into team dynamics. In 2015, they spent a year at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, focusing on customer service and building relationships with customers. From 2011 to 2018, Jasmine worked at the Historical Sampler Company as an Office Assistant and Product Manufacturer, which developed their creativity and communication skills while also involving planning and attending retail and trade exhibitions. Jasmine then joined BT in 2017 as a Business and Management Graduate and later became a Service Relationship Manager. In 2022, Jasmine joined Basware as a Customer Service Manager and finally in 2023, they became the Head of Customer Success at Riskhub.
Jasmine Pearce completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Before attending university, they completed their A Levels at Mayflower High School Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013. Jasmine also attended Mayflower High School from 2006 to 2011.
