Martin Beischl is the Chief Talent and Culture Officer & Managing Director, Poland at Riskmethods. Martin has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining Riskmethods, Martin was the Senior Human Resources Manager EMEA/APAC at Interpublic Group (IPG) / HackerAgency where they were responsible for human resources management and power of attorney holder for Munich, Prague, Dubai and Beijing/Shanghai offices. Martin has also worked as the Senior HR & Recruiting Specialist at Westwing Home & Living where they were responsible for definition and implementation of recruiting strategy, strategic consulting of business departments in the global headquarters (IT, Finance, Legal, Online Marketing, SEO, Business Development, Business Intelligence), talent sourcing, interviewing, set-up and negotiation of working contracts, termination interviews, elaboration and implementation of a concept for value-based interviewing, interview trainings for team leads, HR reporting, HR purchasing, employer branding via Glassdoor and Kununu, definition and implementation of employee engagement measures, definition and implementation of an onboarding concept for new employees.

Martin Beischl has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political and Organizational Science from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, a Diploma in International Culture and Business Studies from Universität Passau, and a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques in Political Science from Insitut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble.
