Joshua Lill has a diverse range of work experience. Joshua is currently employed as a Business Analyst for the Analytics team at Riskonnect, where they are learning about Integrated Risk Management Software. Prior to this, they worked at M3 as a Business Intelligence Analyst II, where they worked with a software development team and had responsibilities as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Before that, they were a contractor at Tinroof Software working at Cox Communications as an Incident and Problem Manager, supporting technologies such as SD-WAN, IMS Telephony, Contour 2 Video, and more. Joshua also worked as an Integration and Support Engineer at Tin Roof Software, where they provided technical support for various product platforms within Cox. Joshua'searly career experience includes working as a Tax Associate at The Tax Shelter, where they assisted with tax preparation, data entry, office tasks, and customer service.

Joshua Lill obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computational Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Joshua attended the institute from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Joshua also obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I certification from Scrum.org in April 2022.
