Tyler Mullins, M.Ed has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tyler began their career as an elementary school teacher in Amarillo ISD from 2000 to 2005. Tyler then transitioned to Farm & Ranch Healthcare where they worked as a Life Health Insurance Agent from 2010 to 2016. Afterwards, Tyler returned to Amarillo ISD, this time as a counselor from 2005 to 2018, eventually becoming the Lead Counselor from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Tyler joined Riskonnect, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the best return on investment with the company's products and services. Tyler was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in December 2020, taking on additional responsibilities such as hosting business reviews, implementing customer adoption improvement plans, and managing client renewals.

Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Tyler Mullins, M.Ed, completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Interdisciplinary Studies at West Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Tyler pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Counseling at the same institution. More recently, Tyler attended Texas Woman's University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Postbaccalaureate degree in Communication Disorders.
