Mingjin Wu

Mingjin Wu has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. They began their career with a summer project at AXA in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an intern at NCS Technologies. In 2016, they had an internship as a business analyst at Evalueserve and also participated in an open day at HSBC Commercial Banking. In 2018, they had an externship at FINRA and an experiential learning project at USAA. Their most recent and current role is with RiskSpan, where they started as an associate data analyst in September 2019 and progressed to a data analyst position in December 2020. Currently, they hold the role of senior data analyst at RiskSpan since December 2022.

Mingjin Wu completed a Master of Quantitative Finance degree at the University of Maryland from 2017 to 2019, with a specialization in Finance. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Wu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China. In terms of additional certifications, Wu passed Level 1 and Level 2 of the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) exam through the GARP FRM Program in July 2021. Wu also passed Level 1 and Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam through the CFA Institute in August 2018. Furthermore, Wu obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021.
