Andy Muehlbauer

Andy Muehlbauer is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in marketing operations, customer marketing, and account management. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at RITE AID, where they oversee marketing strategies and operations. Prior to this role, they worked as the Senior Director of Marketing and Creative Operations at Ulta Beauty from 2014 to 2021. Andy also held various roles at Kohl's, including Senior Manager of Customer Marketing and Manager of Marketing Operations, where they led strategic initiatives and managed teams. Earlier in their career, they served as an Account Manager at Quad/Graphics, managing customer-marketing campaigns for prestigious clients.

Andy Muehlbauer has an Executive MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, a BBA in Economics from St. Norbert College, and completed the Leadership Communications Program at the Harvard Extension School. Andy also studied at Richmond, The American International University in London.
