Jocelyn Branam

Jocelyn (Proctor) Branam, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at RITE AID since February 2020, where oversight includes strategic and day-to-day management of executive, corporate, pharmacy, and field leadership recruitment activities. Previously, Jocelyn held the position of Manager of Professional Recruitment at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company from July 2018 to February 2020, focusing on talent acquisition strategies for professional roles. From June 2012 to July 2018, Jocelyn worked as a Recruiting Manager at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, overseeing recruiting functions and strategies for qualified candidate attraction. Earlier experience includes the role of Recruiter at Milton Hershey School from March 2006 to June 2012, where innovative recruitment strategies were developed, and staffing specialist duties were performed at Manpower Inc. from September 2004 to November 2005. Jocelyn is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Penn State Harrisburg and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
