Lance Smith

Lance Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lance has worked at RITE AID since 2020, initially as a Direct Catalog Specialist, then as a Merchandising Content Specialist, and later as an Associate Category Manager and Associate Promotions Manager in the .com marketing department. From 2012 to 2013, Lance worked at Staples as a Program Manager, overseeing various strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they were with Pro Media, Inc. as a Client Services Coordinator in the B2B Technology Group, and with BURST! Media as an Advertising Operations Associate. Lance joined CVS Health in 2013 as a Senior Category Manager, where they stayed until 2020. At CVS Health, they held various leadership positions and was responsible for managing categories and developing marketing strategies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of eCommerce Merchandising at RITE AID.
