Russell Flansburg

Russell Flansburg, CCEP, has extensive experience in compliance and management within the retail sector, particularly at Rite Aid, where tenure spans from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Leader for the Northeast Division, Russell leads a team focused on maintaining high compliance standards and customer service across the greater NYC, Philadelphia, and New Jersey areas. Previous roles at Rite Aid include Regional Field Audit Manager, where responsibility encompassed compliance and inventory processes for 53 stores, as well as various managerial positions overseeing store inventory processes and loss prevention. Russell also held management positions at Boston Market, International Paper, Desanti Enterprises, Taco Time, and McDonald's Corporation. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree from DeVry University and completion of high school at Adirondack Central High School.
