Kehinde Onijingin

Kehinde Onijingin, FCIPM, Ph.D, currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Rite Foods Limited since October 2019, overseeing Manufacturing and Supply Chain strategies and operations. Prior roles include Head of Human Resource & Admin at Rite Foods Limited, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR strategy and operations. A significant tenure at Honeywell Flour Mills Plc spanned from April 2012 to October 2019, with progressive responsibilities in Human Resource management. Additional experience includes positions as Group HR Manager at Amo Byng Nig. Ltd, Head of Human Capital Management at Lagoon Home Savings and Loan Ltd, and Examinations Officer at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Kehinde holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Strategic Management from Babcock University, and a second Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from European American University, alongside a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
