Vicki Holt

Vicki Holt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Vicki is currently the Director of Talent Management and DEI Strategy at Rite-Hite since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at Milwaukee Tool from 2022 to 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development at Northwestern Mutual. Vicki has also held various roles at Rockwell Automation, including Global Training and Development Manager, Leading for Results and Leading Change Facilitator, Senior IT Manager, User Experience and Readiness, and Manager of the IT Leadership Development Program. Additionally, they have experience as an IT Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. and an Operations Analyst at Kimberly-Clark.

Vicki Holt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay between 1993 and 1997. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a SOCIAL STYLE Certified professional from the TRACOM Group in October 2014.
