Melanie West

Melanie West is an experienced educator currently serving as a 1st Grade Teacher at Ritenour School District Adm since May 2020. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Kindergarten Teacher in the St. Louis Public School District from August 2017 to May 2020. Melanie's teaching career began as a PAT Educator at Maplewood Richmond Heights School District from August 2012 to May 2017, following a position as a Paraprofessional at the Special School District of St. Louis County from September 2006 to May 2012. Melanie holds a Math Specialist Certification from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Interior Design from Missouri State University.
