Michael Steven Thomas Ed.s.

Michael Steven Thomas, Ed.S., has extensive experience in educational leadership and student support within the Ritenour School District since January 2004. Currently serving as Dean Of Students, Michael leads the social emotional support team to create a safe and productive learning environment. Previous roles include Family & Student Interventionist, where collaboration with K-12 families fostered academic success, and educator in the Positive Transitions Program. Michael co-facilitated the inaugural Boys 2 Men After School Program and has contributed to other after-school initiatives, emphasizing character development and social skills. Early career experience includes a Youth Counselor position at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis and a long tenure in packaging at Printpack, Inc. Michael holds a Master of Arts and an Education Specialist degree from Lindenwood University.
