Jennifer Ulrich

Jennifer Ulrich has a diverse work experience in various roles related to client partnerships, supply chain services, and consulting. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President, Client Partnerships at Rithum since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Client Partnerships at CommerceHub from 2020 to 2023. Jennifer also worked as a Client Executive at CommerceHub from 2020 to 2022.

Jennifer has a strong background in the retail industry, having founded The Long Tail Group in 2012 where they served as President and Founder until 2020. At The Long Tail Group, they focused on helping retail clients develop and grow their extended supply chains to achieve revenue growth and omni-channel success.

Before starting their own company, Jennifer worked at MICROS-Retail as Director of Supply Chain Services from 2011 to 2012, where they maximized retail clients' revenue through alternative fulfillment strategies and provided expertise in merchandise planning and inventory control. Jennifer also held the role of Senior Consultant at MICROS-Retail from 2009 to 2011.

In addition, Jennifer has experience working as an Associate Consultant at Pinnacle Rock Associates from 2006 to 2009 and as an Associate Business Manager at Target Corp from 2002 to 2006, where they managed vendor performance metrics and special projects for the Drop Ship program at Target.com.

Jennifer Ulrich has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. Jennifer also holds an Associates' degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Marathon.
