Felix Hohmann

Felix Hohmann has extensive work experience in industrial engineering and process engineering, primarily with Rittal GmbH & Co. KG. Felix has held various roles at Rittal, including Head of Industrial Engineering - Time Management and Cost Engineering, Head of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineer/Trainer MTM, and Process Engineer. Before joining Rittal, they worked as a Vertriebsleiter at Lidl in Deutschland. Felix also served as the International TPM Coordinator at Rittal, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Werkstudent in the technical management department at Rittal.

Felix Hohmann obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Supply Chain Management from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration and Engineering (BBAE) degree at the same institution from 2008 to 2011. In 2009, they also earned an Undergraduate Certificate of Credit in Engineering Design and CAD, Marketing, and Management for Engineers from Edinburgh Napier University. Additionally, Felix has obtained several certifications, including Refa Grundausbildung from REFA Nordwest e.V. in November 2020, Lean/Kata Coach from Leonardo Group HU in November 2018, MTM Instruktor (MTM1; MTM-UAS) from Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft Industrie- und Wirtschaftsberatung mbH in December 2017, and FMEA Moderator from VOREST AG in December 2015.
