Jörg Naujoks

Jörg Naujoks began their work experience in 1997 as a Sachbearbeiter Arbeitsvorbereitung at Sell GmbH. In 2001, they joined Rittal GmbH & Co. KG as Gruppenleiter Technische Sondergeschäfte, a role they held until 2009. From 2009 to 2017, they worked as Leiter Vertriebsinnendienst Technik SW at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG. Currently, they serve as the Director Technical Inside Sales at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG, a position they started in January 2018.

Jörg Naujoks has a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaft from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Giessen. Jörg completed their Abschluss thesis on "Implementierung einer Preisstragetie, resultierend aus einer Komplexitätsanalyse". Additionally, they have a degree in Allgemeiner Maschinenbau from Fachschule für Technik, Dillenburg, where they earned the title of Staatl. gepr. Maschinenbautechniker/State certified mechanical engineer.
