Noelle Colome

Noelle Colomé is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Donor Advising at Ritter Center since July 2024, Colomé previously held the position of National Director of Development at Raising A Reader, where charitable revenue was increased significantly. With a strong track record at 10,000 Degrees, Colomé played a key role in managing institutional giving and major donor portfolios. Other roles include leadership positions at GAIA Global Health, V-Day, Martha's Vineyard Museum, International Museum of Women, and First Graduate, where Colomé consistently exceeded revenue goals and fostered strategic partnerships. Colomé's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in English, along with a junior year abroad at Universidad de Barcelona.
