Allegra Keith

Allegra Keith began their career in 2012 as the New Student Orientation Coordinator at Occidental College. In 2013, they took on the role of Project Manager at Thresholds Design. In 2014, they held two positions, Content Coordinator at Moementum, Inc. and Graphic Facilitator for an unnamed firm. Allegra then joined Value Management Strategies, Inc. in 2016 as a Facilitator and Assistant Value Manager. That same year, they were an Organization Development Consultant for Pepperdine University Consulting Practica. In 2017, they joined Nike as a Global Organization Effectiveness Manager and a Sr. Engagement Manager and HR Manager for Advanced Innovation. In 2019, they took on the roles of Head of Team Member Experience and People Operations Leader and Chief of Staff to the CPO at sweetgreen. In 2020, they joined Daily Harvest as VP, Strategic Planning, Talent & Culture and Chief of Staff. Finally, in 2022, they joined Ritual as VP, Chief of Staff and VP, Org Effectiveness & People Experience.

Allegra Keith obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Occidental College in Urban and Environmental Policy, with a Minor in Psychology. Allegra then participated in a non-degree program with Semester at Sea, studying International Development. In 2015, they began their Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they completed in 2017. Allegra also holds an Associate Value Specialist certification from the Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE) International.
