Tim Woods

Tim Woods, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Tim is currently the Head of Finance at Ritual.co, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Ritual.co from March 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Ritual.co, Tim worked at Softchoice as the Manager of Financial Reporting from September 2018 to March 2021. Tim gained valuable experience as a Senior Accountant at KPMG Canada from November 2016 to September 2018.

Tim began their career at Elements LLP, where they worked as an Associate from September 2012 to November 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's School of Business from September 2011 to April 2012. Tim also has experience as a Camp Coordinator at the City of Ottawa from June 2011 to August 2011.

Tim Woods, CPA, CA obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Queen's University in 2012. In 2011, they also attended Maastricht University. Additionally, they obtained their CPA, CA certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2015.
