Mehdi Tobrouki

Mehdi Tobrouki is a skilled pâtissier with extensive experience in high-end culinary establishments. Currently serving as a pâtissier at Ritz Paris since January 2018, Mehdi previously held the position of 1er commis pâtissier with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from May 2017 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Mehdi worked as a boulanger at boulangerie patisserie KIMPE from September 2011 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a CAP pâtissier from Ecole Ferrandi Paris (2015-2016) and a CAP boulanger from École de Boulangerie et Pâtisserie de Paris (2011-2012).
