Laura Houard

Laura Houard, MD, PhD, serves as Co-CEO and Cardiologist at Riva Medical since November 2023. Previously, Laura Houard worked as a Cardiologist at UZ Brussel from December 2019 to March 2023 and held the position of PhD Fellow in advanced heart failure with a focus on cardiac imaging and devices at Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc from September 2017 to December 2019. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Cardiology (2015-2018) and a Master's degree in Internal Medicine Residency Program (2012-2015) from Université catholique de Louvain, along with a Medical Doctor degree from the same institution (2005-2012). Additionally, Laura Houard is currently completing requirements at Harvard Medical School for the United States licensing medical examination Step 3.
