Jaime started in 1998 as a Drilling Optimization Engineer at Baker Hughes, where they focused on improving drilling processes. Jaime then moved on to become a Marketing Representative, responsible for marketing and sales activities. Jaime achieved significant success in this role, entering a new market and increasing market share.
Jaime later became an Area Manager, overseeing marketing, sales, engineering, inventory, and finance in Angola. Jaime successfully improved the company's position in the market and mentored and coached salesmen.
Jaime then took on the role of Gabon-Congo District Manager, where they focused on solving drilling engineering issues and expanding Baker Hughes' presence in the region. Jaime achieved the set plans for Gabon and Congo and continued to mentor and coach salesmen.
Jaime's responsibilities expanded further as they became the West Central Africa Manager, overseeing additional countries and focusing on developing new drilling technologies. Coaching and developing local employees became a significant part of their role.
Jaime then served as the Ecuador and Peru Area Manager, where they managed sales and personnel while ensuring profitability in both countries. HSE focus and P&L responsibilities were also part of their responsibilities.
In 2012, Jaime joined National Oilwell Varco, where they held several positions. Jaime first became a Country Manager, reorganizing the company in Peru and improving key performance indicators. Jaime also coached employees to enhance customer relationships.
Later, they became a Regional Product Line Manager for South America, setting product line strategies and optimizing inventory. Jaime then took on the role of Country Manager, responsible for sales, personnel, inventory, QHSE, and facilities.
In 2018, Jaime joined Rival Downhole Tools as the Latin America Region Manager. Jaime'sresponsibilities in this role include managing the region and overseeing operations.

Jaime Campos completed their high school education at Colegio de la inmaculada from 1976 to 1986 where they graduated. Jaime then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Lima from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
