Leonardo Crema has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Student Brand Manager for Red Bull, where they implemented the marketing mix within the university and organized events to attract new potential consumers. From 2017 to 2017, they served as a Merchandising Coordinator for PIC-ME, where they trained the promotion team, introduced products in new retail points, and ensured the proper execution of product standards in all retail clients. In 2019, Leonardo completed a marketing internship at Real Madrid C.F., where they worked in the membership department, assisting in member recruitment and retention strategies, publication of a magazine, and development of marketing campaigns. In 2020, Leonardo became a Community Manager for Curitiba Rugby Clube, managing projects and developing new initiatives in accordance with sports incentive laws. Currently, they are working as a Social Media Specialist at Rivalry.com, responsible for content creation, community management, social media growth and curation, and representing the company in esports coverage and brand marketing.
Leonardo Crema obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2017. Leonardo went on to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Marketing at Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea from 2018 to 2019.
