Ian Groenen

Ian Groenen is a Senior Associate at Rivean Capital, having progressed from an Associate and Private Equity Intern since joining in September 2020. Prior to Rivean Capital, Ian gained experience as an Investment Banking Intern at Houlihan Lokey and as a Debt Capital Markets Intern at Rabobank Groep. Ian holds a Master of Science in Econometrics and Management Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a Premaster from the same institution. Additional academic accomplishments include an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore focused on finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business Economics from Tilburg University. Ian's foundational education was completed at Willibrord Gymnasium.
