Owen Collins is a highly experienced financial professional specializing in anti-money laundering (AML) and bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance. Currently serving as a Senior BSA Analyst AVP at River City Bank since April 2018, Owen has previously held significant roles at Wells Fargo Bank NA as a Financial Crimes Consultant and at MUFG Union Bank as Vice President of the Financial Intelligence Unit’s Investigations Unit.
