Andrew M. Cook

Andrew M. Cook is a seasoned construction executive with extensive experience in both the private sector and military service. Currently serving as a Construction Executive at River City Construction LLC since October 2020, Andrew has previously held roles such as Vice President of Construction & Remediation at Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions and Senior Project Manager at both River City Construction LLC and Russell Construction Company, Inc. A Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve since December 2003, Andrew also serves as a Battle Watch Captain and Future Operations Officer. With a strong educational background that includes a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Southwest Missouri State University, Andrew has managed various complex construction projects, focusing on budgeting, contract negotiation, and quality control throughout a diverse career spanning from construction management to military engineering roles.
