Debra Hill

Debra Hill has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Debra currently holds the position of Vice President Compliance and Risk/CRO at River City Federal Credit Union since April 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Compliance and Risk Director at the same company from October 2018 to November 2021, and as the Compliance/Risk Manager from June 2014 to October 2018.

Before joining River City Federal Credit Union, Hill worked at Air Force Federal Credit Union as an Accounting Technician/Fraud Specialist from March 2006 to June 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Representative at Energy Capital Credit Union from October 2002 to May 2005, and as a Call Center Representative at Security Service Federal Credit Union from May 2001 to July 2002.

Debra Hill attended Business Careers High School from 1998 to 2001 and earned a High School Diploma in Business/Finance. Debra then enrolled at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2001 to 2002, studying Accounting and Business/Management. In 2013, they started attending Northwest Vista College, where they pursued a field of study in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
