Rich French is a seasoned professional in user experience and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at River Island since January 2022. With a focus on enhancing the shopping experience and developing the Voice of Customer program, Rich has previously held roles as a Customer Experience Architect and UX Lead at River Island. Prior experience includes a position as Lead User Experience Designer at Superdry, where Rich contributed to multiple projects on the consumer-facing website and mobile app. Earlier roles at True Digital involved senior consulting and design responsibilities, culminating in a comprehensive skill set developed through various positions ranging from Junior Designer to Senior Digital Designer. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England, complemented by a foundation in Art and Design from Hereford College of Arts.
