Alice Cochran

Alice Cochran currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at First City Hospitality since February 2024. In addition, Alice has held the position of Human Resources Manager at River Street Sweets since April 2020, where prior experience as a Human Resources Specialist was also gained. Previous roles include Customer Relationship Representative at JCB, Associate Buyer at Gulfstream Aerospace, and Inventory Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at Imperial Frozen Foods. Alice's career began at River Street Sweets as a Hostess and included a stint as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the University of Mississippi. Alice holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, earned in 2017.
