Ryan Grech

Ryan Grech has over 12 years of work experience in the field. Ryan began their career in 2008 at Baxter International Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and then QA Engineering Section Manager. In 2012, they moved to PHARMACARE PREMIUM LIMITED as a Validation Engineer. In 2014, they returned to Baxter International Inc. as an R&D Lab Manager. In 2017, they joined Bit8 as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. Most recently, they have been working at River Tech plc since 2019, first as a Product Owner and then as a Senior Product Owner.

Ryan Grech obtained a B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malta between 2003 and 2007. Ryan also attended the University of Malta Junior College from 2003 to 2007, studying Physical Sciences. In 2007, Ryan was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for Best Final Year Project from the Chamber of Engineers. In 2011, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Baxter International Inc. and in 2012, they were granted an Engineering Warrant from the Chamber of Engineers.
