Svein Tvedt has held a variety of roles in the past five years. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Back Office Agent for Runway > Your Outsourcing Partner, where they distributed assignments to the roadside assistance station network in Norway, sent assignments to and received assignments from international partners, and took care of priority clients such as the police, VIP program clients and the station network. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Support Agent for ComeOn Group, where they represented the company as the first point of contact by the means of online chats, emails and phone calls, handled customer queries in a professional and timely manner, and escalated queries internally or with 3rd party partners to resolve any issues. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Tech4s Group as a Product & Casino Coordinator and Product Executive, where they brought prioritized features to life by internal discussion, writing specifications and communicating with 3rd party platform provider, prioritized the required and wanted features of the shareholders and departments based on value and urgency, and communicated with shareholders, departments and clients to see how the product can be improved. Since 2020, they have been the Head of Account Management at River Tech plc, where they lead a team that manages all the clients of the company and is the point of contact for all client queries. Svein built the Account Management team from the ground up, starting as the sole Account Manager of the company and later expanding with more team members.
Svein Tvedt attended Strinda Videregående Skole from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in General Studies.
