Dillon Foes

Dillon Foes is an accomplished professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Region Operations Manager for River Valley Cooperative since February 2016, following roles as Location Manager and Operations Specialist. Additionally, Dillon has been involved with the Agriculture Leaders of Tomorrow program through the Illinois Farm Bureau since January 2016, focusing on enhancing leadership skills within the agricultural community. Previous experience includes an internship at GROWMARK, Inc., where critical crop scouting and agronomy skills were developed, and extensive work with DuPont Pioneer, which provided hands-on experience in sales and crop management. Dillon holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Black Hawk College.
