Miklos Uszkai has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Miklos began their career as a C++ developer at Codespring, where they worked on a CAD system for the construction industry. Miklos then joined Neusoft Mobile Solutions as a Symbian C++ Developer, focusing on developing Nokia's messenger application. Miklos later worked at Kno, Inc. as an iOS Software Engineer, where they adapted to Objective-C development for the launch of the iPad.

Following this, Miklos joined Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer, contributing to features for the Intel Education Study app, and eventually became the lead of the Xamarin iOS engineering team. At Telenav, Miklos served as an Engineering Manager, leading R&D projects and managing a volunteer-based group.

Afterward, Miklos worked at Zenitech as a Technical Lead, where they organized and led a software engineering team focused on Python-based projects in affiliate marketing solutions. Miklos then joined QCatalyst Romania as a Technical Lead, leading the ImpactObservatory team and focusing on team development and process improvement for the IO platform. Currently, Miklos works at Riverbed Technology as the Director of Engineering and Site Lead, overseeing engineering projects and ensuring timely deliverables using Scrum methodology.

Throughout their career, Miklos has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on team development and project management.

Miklos Uszkai earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj Napoca, completing their studies from 2002 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Developing Adaptability as a Manager," "Key Mental Shifts for Servant Leadership," "Jira: Basic Administration," "Azure Active Directory: Basics," "Learning Azure Management Tools," "Learning Azure Network Security," "React.js Essential Training," "Stay Lean with Kanban," and "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)."
