Sheila Hicks-Rotella

Sheila Hicks-Rotella began their career in 2005 at The Bush School as an Admissions and Diversity Assistant, later serving as the Interim Assistant Director of Admissions for the Lower School. In 2009, they transitioned to Buckingham Browne and Nichols as an Alumni/ae Affairs Intern before becoming the Director of Financial Aid at Riverdale Country School.

Sheila Hicks-Rotella completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Dartmouth College from 2000 to 2004. Sheila then pursued a degree in School Leadership, earning an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2008 to 2009.
