Tess Pridal

Tess Pridal has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Riverlight Health since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tess worked as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society from March 2020 to August 2021 and at SHM Facility from February 2017 to March 2020, where facilities were previously under Golden Living. Tess also held the position of Executive Director and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Golden Living from November 2013 to February 2017. Tess Pridal holds a degree from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
