Steve Smith

Steve Smith has over 15 years of work experience in talent management and recruiting. Steve began their career in 2003 as Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Fordham University. In 2005, they became a Technical Recruiter at Andiamo Partners. Two years later, they moved to Robert Half Technology as a Technical Recruiter. In 2009, Steve Smith was hired as a Recruiting Manager at Agency Consulting Group. Three years later, they became Manager of Technical Recruiting at PROTEUS Technologies. In 2015, Steve Smith was hired as Senior Recruiting Manager at Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions and also began working as Director of Talent Management at Rivermatrix Technologies, Inc.

Steve Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from SUNY Geneseo between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CDR - Certified Diversity Recruiter, CIR - Certified Internet Recruiter, CSSR - Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter, PHR - Professional in Human Resources, and PRC - Professional Recruiter Certification.
