Lauren Rivers

Lauren Rivers has a diverse work experience, having served in a variety of roles since 1993. Lauren began their career as the CEO of Rivers Agency, a human-centered organization committed to inspiring, supporting, keeping, growing and nurturing long-lasting relationships through transparency and collaboration. In 2017, they joined the Board of the YMCA of Orange County, where they helped to promote Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. In 2018, they joined the Board of the Morehead Planetarium & Science Center, which has created award-winning star shows both nationally and internationally.

Lauren Rivers attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine and Studio Arts. Prior to that, they attended Saint Mary's School from 1990 to 1993 and earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
