Yoel Zagelbaum, Esq.

Yoel Zagelbaum, Esq. has held a variety of roles in the legal and real estate industries. From 2003 to 2007, they were a Patent Litigation Attorney at both Fish & Neave, LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP. In 2007, they became President of Riverside Abstract, LLC, a full service, multi-state title agency. In 2012, they also became President of Riverside 1031 LLC, a company that assists investors in profiting using the 1031 exchange process.

Yoel Zagelbaum, Esq. received a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Touro University between 1995 and 1999. Yoel then attended Fordham University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) between 2000 and 2003.
