Monica Garlick

Monica is our Vice President of Quality Management. Monica ensures we comply with regulations, protect human rights, examine outcomes, investigate incidents, and generally deliver quality care. She has her Ph.D. in Public Policy and a particular interest in understanding how groups collectively define problems and solve difficult issues. Monica has recently tried ballroom dancing, kite surfing, and joined a kickball league. She also volunteers as a partner for people with disabilities who tackle the Spartan Race, an obstacle course held at Fenway Park every fall.
