Entcho Anguelov Pe

Entcho Anguelov, PE, currently serves as an Engineering Project Manager at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, a role held since October 2018. Prior to this position, Entcho Anguelov worked for Albert A. Webb Associates from November 1999 to October 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Engineer in the Stormwater Engineering Department. This extensive experience encompasses stormwater management, stormwater quality, storm drain design, hydrology and hydraulics, floodplain studies, and the development of master drainage plans for both private and public works projects.
