Helio Takano P.e.

Helio Takano, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of civil engineering. Helio started their career as an Engineering Intern at the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District in 2005. After that, they worked as an Assistant Engineer from July 2006 to September 2010, where they initiated and completed a master drainage plan for 17 subwatersheds, including hydrology and hydraulics studies.
