Jeremey Shumaker

Jeremey Shumaker currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Phenix Gateway and has extensive experience in emergency medical services, holding various positions at American Medical Response since April 2002, including Associate Vice President and Senior Regional Director. In these roles, Jeremey oversees operations for ambulance services in Riverside County, managing a large team of EMTs and paramedics while ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery. As a board member for several organizations, including the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce and Riverside University Health System Foundation, Jeremey is actively involved in community leadership. Jeremey's military background includes service as a Combat Medic in the US Army, where numerous accolades were earned, such as the Army Commendation Medal. Jeremey holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and has completed leadership training through the Ventura County Leadership Academy.
