Kelly Browne

Kelly Browne has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelly is currently working as the Director of Sales, Western U.S. & Key Accounts at Riverside Luxury Cruises since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Virtuoso from November 2019 to January 2023, where they served as an Account Representative, managing Virtuoso's Live Webinar Program and curriculum-based training programs. Kelly also produced e-learning modules for assigned accounts.

Before joining Virtuoso, Kelly worked at Your Travel Designer as an Assistant & Travel Coordinator from October 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they handled various tasks such as researching and booking travel arrangements, managing commission tracking systems and client profiles, creating proposals and itineraries, and attending supplier functions and events. Kelly was also responsible for conducting research on destinations and travel trends.

Kelly's earlier experiences include working as a Travel Advisor at Elizabeth Holmes Travel from April 2015 to September 2017, a Sales Representative at Groupe Promo-Staff RTM in February 2015, and a Hostess & Server at Bengal Tiger Indian Restaurant from October 2014 to February 2015. Kelly also worked as a Travel Guide at Westcapades Tour Operator from April 2014 to August 2014 and as a Hostess & Server at O'Tapas Breton from April 2014 to July 2014.

During their freelance period from September 2013 to May 2014, Kelly worked as an English Tutor/Language Student. Prior to that, they worked as a Tutor/Au Pair/Language Student in a private capacity from October 2012 to September 2013.

Throughout their career, Kelly has gained experience in sales, account management, training program development, customer service, and travel coordination.

Kelly Browne obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs & German from the University of Wyoming between 2006 and 2011. In 2013 and 2014, they attended the Université Rennes 2, where they pursued French Studies in CIREFE (Rennes International Center for the Study of French as a Foreign Language) and achieved a French Level B2 qualification. Kelly also studied British Culture & Politics at the University of London in 2010 and German Studies at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg in 2009, although it is unclear if they obtained any degrees from these institutions.
