Ron Hales has a comprehensive work experience in supply chain and inventory planning. Ron is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Riverside Furniture Corporation. Before that, they worked at Legacy Classic Furniture for seven years as the Director of Supply Chain and Inventory Planning. In this role, they successfully achieved service level targets and reduced costs while leading a global supply chain team. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Robert S. Segal, CPA PA, managing revenue enhancement and expense reduction projects. Ron also served as the Director of Staffing Liason at APICS Piedmont Triad Chapter and as the Materials Control Manager at NEW BREED LOGISTICS INC. Ron Hales has also held positions at Drexel Heritage Furniture, Furniture Brands International, Thomasville Furniture Industries, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, and Marsh Furniture.

Ron Hales CSCP, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University from 1982 to 1986. Ron further pursued their education at Appalachian State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to their university education, Ron attended Halifax Academy from 1970 to 1982.
