Leecox Omollo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leecox started their career as a Software Engineer at Harris Corporation in 2004. From there, they moved on to Accenture, where they held various positions, including Solution Architect, leading multiple teams to deliver mobile, web, integrations, and analytics solutions for clients. In 2011, they joined West Monroe Partners as a Software Solution Architect, leading teams of consultants in proposal preparation, solution design, implementation, and deployment.
In 2012, Omollo joined Volkswagen Financial Services as an Application Development Manager and Technical Lead, where they managed a 19-person software development team and played a key role in transforming the organization's underperforming support team by introducing agile and DevOps practices. Leecox also redefined business processes and defined the solution architecture for multiple projects as part of a large-scale initiative.
In 2015, Omollo joined Adtalem Global Education, initially as IT Director of Mobile Solutions, overseeing the development and support of the organization's mobile and web application portfolio. Leecox later served as the Director of the Digital Center of Excellence and then as the Director of Enterprise Data Services.
Omollo's most recent role is with Riverside Insights, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Enterprise Applications & Platform Services. Leecox is responsible for establishing the foundation necessary to support and accelerate the organization's digital transformation objectives, including areas such as data & analytics, enterprise platform services, cloud infrastructure, and ERP and web platforms.
Leecox Omollo pursued their education in a chronological manner. Leecox first attended Hope College from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA degree in Computer Science.
