Nancy Stoczynski

Nancy Stoczynski is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as Project Director of People Insights at Riverside Insights since October 2018, Nancy has also held key roles including Head of Revenue Enablement Marketing and Director of Sales Enablement. Prior to this, Nancy worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as Director of Customer Experience from 2014 to 2018 and spent nearly three decades at Riverside Publishing in various customer service positions, culminating in the role of Director of Customer Service. Nancy's career began at Balcor Property Management as an Administrative Assistant.
