Therese Cross

Therese Cross has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as a Care Associate II at Riverside Medical Center since July 2018. In this role, Therese is responsible for patient registration in the Emergency Room, collecting pertinent information, and updating insurance providers using EPIC and related software, along with operating the hospital switchboard during varying shifts. Prior to this position, Therese worked as a Home Healthcare Provider at Home Instead Senior Care from November 2011 to 2019. Therese holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Generations College, completed between 1980 and 1982, and graduated from Nazareth Academy in 1980.
