Chad Milby

Chad Milby serves as a Captain in the Field Operations Division of the Riverside Police Department since February 2020, bringing significant leadership experience from a tenure with the department that began in January 2003. In addition to the Captain role, Chad Milby has held positions as Lieutenant and Sergeant and is recognized as a Use of Force Expert. Chad Milby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University between 2013 and 2015 and has also completed training at the Force Science Institute.
